God birthed the vision in the heart of our Leadership and General Overseer Bishop Hawkson to establish the “CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER” with the view of awakening the entrepreneurial spirit in the members, to help them pursue the dreams and aspirations of their lives be it (a) Business (b) Politics or (c) Social and, to inculcate discipline and confidence into their lifestyle.

“The Scripture says “ Learn to be quite and DO YOUR OWN BUSINESS and work with your own hands” (1Thess 4.11).

Martin Luther King Jnr. once said "Any church that concerns herself only with the spiritual condition of man and not the physical and mental conditions that damn the soul is spiritually anaemic and is in need of spiritual blood transfusion".

The first batch of 21 students who registered for the three-month Textile Designing course which was sponsored by the church passed out at a graduation ceremony held at the Eagle's Nest Chapel on 4th September, 2005. the graduates were presented with Proficiency Certificates by Rev. Hubert Akumiah and Rev. Nana Owusu-Ansah. Among the recipients were Bishop Doris Akumiah and Rev. Sophia Deh to mention but a few.

The graduates mounted an exhibition of their works at the foyer of the Eagle's Nest Chapel. The Chief Executive Officer of Meric Company Limited, Accra, Chief Eric, cut the tape to declare the exhibition open.

The Center intends to offer the following courses Catering services, Computer (Software/Hardware) training, Interior/Floral decoration and many more in the near future.
